He killed 2 of our faction while I was logged out. And yet he is a member of our faction, I presume that must be a mistake, can we kick him please (out of the faction, and then to death)

Tried, out of 26 Ap, I hit him twice =(
Just brought in a combat char, Giacomo (14259), as he was created 2 spaces away. 30% hit chance, didn't hit Marius *once* out of about 40 odd attacks

Am I reading this correctly, you succesfully hit him twice with one charcter, then brought in another character of yours who completely missed.
If this is so, then the second guy wouldn't have hit him even if you had 100% to hit, as you will have tripped the anti-zerging code. (Look it up on the wiki)
