It's here:

Please don't suddenly get reminded of Space Crusade and try to buy up old sets on Ebay, because that's exactly what I'm attempting to do right now myself.

(Still don't know what happened to my old set... or to my sets of Block Mania and Mega Mania, which cost me a fiver for the pair in a GW sale many years back.)

Hyborian Tales: Crew, cook, dogsbody, general labourer, toilet cleaner ("Dangerously overoptimistic ref" -- Tom Nowell)
Otherwise usually crew ("Quite spry & fit, & willing to wear a big costume & run around a lot" -- various event organisers)

Very entertaining reading even though I'm unlikely ever to actually play it.

Space Crusade was actually a pretty decent game for what it was, much like the old Heroquest - they put to shame a lot of the clones that came later. Shame the miniatures in both cases were for the most part rather second-rate...

I used the board sections from Space Crusade for tabletop encounters for years. Certainly worth tracking down Ian.
