| I'm still obsessed with it. Just wish there was a multiplayer campaign option. Still the multiplayer battles can be cool, if you get a load of friends together. So with that in mind, any other addicts?

i love it, not playing atm the mo though as i have no computer to run it. it is a shame there is no multplayer campagin maybe they'll do it for medival 2.Favourite team has to be Brutti onagers vs static phalanxs -even on hard mode- equal great fun. None rome probably Germanic tribes. Only problem i find is that Scipi are to ahrd to play as the capital is in a bad position for conquering lands and carthage/numidian lands always revolt thus i have never played the egyptians

I have this and want to play it having been fixated on Medieval for so long, but then got hopelessly distracted by Viking Invasion and then World of Warcraft...
It looks very similar to Medieval but with an extra layer of Imperial Politics. Is that extra layer fun? Or does it get in the way of the military/development aspects which crossover from Medieval?

Being honest its not even noticable, more like a single screen which you look at on occasion and thats it

| Okay, so anyone up for a Rule7 user style online tourney? Being an armchair Napoleon who thinks he's good at the game, I guess I should put my reputation on the line.

I'm up for that, would love it. Probably get pulverised in the first few games, but I'd catch up after a while. Besides, need to dust off the game, been too involved in other stuff at the moment, and my vast cavalry armies are probably getting lonely.
I've just remembered - you're boring, and I've got legs!

| I love the game. Especially the fun that can be had with cavalry armies. Haven't lpayed for ages due to lack of computer though that will change in a month or so. I'll have some catching up to do.
I sacrificed Philip Rogers to the Volcano God, and he blessed me with an alluring lammie printing machine and cursed me with a rough god queue pass. What will you sacrifice?

| Okay then. Next Monday night 7pm. I'll set up a game with something Rule7's like in the title (some clues'll be posted on the forum nearer the time). Any preference as to BI or Vanilla? It'll be version 1.5 if its Vanilla, 1.6 if its BI.
