I pray to the gods that the rumours about the furies is untrue, I have heard tales of a number of their brotherhood since arriving in the caravan, and everything i have heard describes them as brave capable warriors, what I would have given to be able to see some of them fighting in the arenas.
But I think the first course of action should be to find where this ambush took place, see if we can recover body’s, or at the very least find out how many of these warriors we lost. Also any knowledge of this 'hound' would be useful, especially to Gorm headstrong, he seems to have taken a dislike to you brother.
again I am more than willing to assist in any way I can.

Gaius, i will willing see what tracks i can pick up in my hunting, however i can only track, i do not have the skills to lead a raiding party to rescue the fury that this hound has in his hands. I will see what i can find. I have personally witnessed the skills of these warriors, as have others who are sadly no longer with the caravan. To say they are skilled is understatement. Their ability with weapons, notably sword and axe, is remarkable and far exceeds anything i have witnessed thus far. That they have been defeated so soundly seems to me to be nothing short of disaster.

Well it seems that i shall have to teach this dog to heel at my feet dont you think Gaius ! im sure he needs a new master to serve  I shall be with you all in under a couple of moons
