if I were a betting man I would say DT will be open within first 10 days of February 2010.
I've been assuming it'll open on the 11th as that's the day I go off on holiday for a week. Then there's the Serenity event the weekend after we get back. So my downtime may be done in a bit of a rush.
My prediction is 'two days after Marios and Matt finish debating "Roleplaying banned in US Prison"'

Well, lets work it back from the event, which starts in 7 weeks. Downtime results should be out a week before event, because they certainly wont have time to be doing them in the week before the event. Allow 2-3 weeks for downtimes to be processed, and 2-3 weeks for downtime to be open, that means at the latest, it could open up two weeks from now, so I wouldn't keep pressing the F5 button or you'll wear it out
