Winter isn't over until Spring starts on March 20th. But I wouldn't fret too much, 11 days isn't enough time for downtime to open, close and be processed (unless the overhaul is extensively shiney). So it'll probably open well before Winter is even over.
Of course I may have assumed the wrong thing and you could be asking when Matt is going to sound the attack for the LARP revolution, in which case...probably not until after Easter event? Matt?

Not that I have any knowledge of such things... but if I were a betting man I would say DT will be open within first 10 days of February 2010. Realistically PD have to let people have enough time to organise, break the new system they have put up and ask numerous questions. I'm sure everyone is just as twitchy!

if I were a betting man I would say DT will be open within first 10 days of February 2010.
I've been assuming it'll open on the 11th as that's the day I go off on holiday for a week. Then there's the Serenity event the weekend after we get back. So my downtime may be done in a bit of a rush.
I may be at the same event as you, but that does not mean I am playing the same game.
