The plum liqueur is the other expensive one...

I can type out prices, etc, later if people want?

We used a welsh company for mini-bottles of flavoured meads - those of you that saw them at VI or Omega LRP will remember that they came in really cute potion bottle styles which just fitted neatly into a pocket or pouch...

If anyone is interested I could dig out their details, but they weren't particularly cheap.

PD Head Ref- but as all posts here count as being unofficial, you'll need to email rules@PD for the real deal.

And in those oh so rare moments of going IC: Detric of the Bespoke Atelier (and your host for the erotic performance show)

Okay-dokey, one bit of digging amongst the Omega LRP paperwork later:
It's called New Quay Honey Farm.

Their URL is www.thehoneyfarm.co.uk  where it seems you can now order your mead online... hurrah for modern technology!

What we used to order were meads in the 20cl. round flasks from a choice of: Apple, Raspberry, Ginger, Honey, Apricot, Heather.

We had a tasting session at one of the VI events and (I think) the winner by a large margin was Ginger, followed by Apple, Raspberry & Heather, with the others getting the thumbs down in comparison to Moniack.

Oh yeah - now you mention it, I do vaguely remember going round the exhibition - it's in a seperate building isn't it?

And their shop has a little cafe too I think...

Hmm, does it show that I'm a cheapskate, or just a bit cunning, that I'm considering buying some cheap Morrison's mead (£3.29 a bottle) and adding some ginger, or maybe blackberries, or maybe both....
