| You could always get cheap american football shoulderpads from ebay - I used them for good heavy armour physreps in the LT. Or you can get a cheap, battered breastplate and cover it with fabric for the stealthy look...

cover a shop dummys chest in fibre glass, cut off, add straps and polish up works well, bitch to wear though. Or make the shape you want out of laminated foam and cover with fabric, laminate in an extra layer of leather for more strength.
Commander Crowe used both of these methods at one time or another.

I had a fun time trawling armour things on the internet and found a few that I would use for physrepping different things but not decided on my final decision yet.
To those who have offered flaks for loaning we do actually have a flak physrep in the house I just want something more stylish to go with my overal look It's that cultural thing again...
