| We will be contacting everyone via e-mail shortly but please circulate this information between your crews. Due to a mistake in communication, the weekend of the 24th-26th has been booked for the Scout's District Camp. Gill has been fantastic and offered us the following weekend on which to run the event.
Instead of drawing things out as we desperetly try to find an alternate venue and re-writing the event to suit another site we have decided to move the event to this new date. Therefore... Serenity LRP Event 4
Middlewood Scout Camp
31st October - 2nd November
For anyone unable to make this new date we will provide full refunds and our sincerest apologies.

Stu Maher told me this weekend that you'd referred folks onto us if they were at a loose end that weekend. I just wanted to say thanks, really! I may have to offer to staff/crew/NPC/monster/whatever you call it at some point to express my gratitude properly.
