| Okay all downtimes should now be complete. The only ones that aren't out are those that are going by post (tomorrow) and those that have outstanding problems; less than ten in total. Thanks for the comments on this folks, its been pretty exhausting.

I would like to say that even if a mistake is made, no matter who made the mistake (me or the Dt processor) I was made to feel like it was not the end of the world and it was dealt with in a kind and professional way. This is the second event to make me feel like I am a paying customer and a human being not just a cash cow to be whipped into submission when I speak up.
