How much would you be willing to spend to have it crafted... and I will tell you if I can spare enough strength to give it.. something better. However if I make this weapon for you. I will ask for a simple favour, apart from being sworn to protect this town which you will swear to me. You will bring back something for me so I can better protect this place from the eyes of this blood entity. Perhaps the heart of one of it's avatars. I'm not sure I will sry and see what my magic can tell me for you to bring back. Is this a good bargain for you... Captain?

| I have around 4-5000 worth of crowns to play around with, last time i looked, possibly more if neccesary. I am already sworn to protect the town, since i am its acting constable, unless someone new has been appointed, and even if i were not, it would be my duty as Paladin of Galrath to protect the people of this town. Your bargain sounds acceptable to me... though any information you have on these... avatars, would be useful...

| "mmmm captain, as much as i would like to help you 5000C would not even cover the basic cost for a basic (+0) arcane blade, with no profit and the favour i ask you would need to find another 1500C at least. To make the better arcane blade (+1) you are looking at nealry ten times the cost of a basic weapon. The blade needed alone to hold such an enchantment is worth 10000C, for example look at that large ice bound blade you carry, is it not absolutely exquisite? If you can get the money for the basic blade let me know, but remember even with help from my apprentices it will take 3 days minimum to make with very little rest."

| Hmmm... i was led to believe simply enchanting a item permenantly was around 5000c..(OC - from the rulebook cough). i can draw on a few other funds i have been owed... i wasnt going to collect them, but since it seems i will need them i may have to draw on these... Now to find Damion the merchant and Lord Galamore... I shall return by this evening (OC quite late) with a definite answer...
