| Has anyone heard of the new Event Kingdoms? From what I have heard and seen (especially from tw of the creators) it seems like a worthy LRP game to go to. Last I hear they were catering it so you had an IC place to buy food with IC moneys..

Indead it is a very worthy thing to try, Kingdoms has been created from a slightly different angle to engage the players to fill the World Map and help create the skills, spells etc. We are committed to creating a realistic World setting that remains constant allowing greater player led plot as there is zero chance of any character actions causing the end of existance (you just can't get that powerful). Also by working with players and creating variety in the abilities and characteristics we will build up a database of ideas oepn to all players giving a much greater variety, just like real life  . We will also be basing ref decissions on roleplaying rather than rules, like most table top roleplay games the rules are viewed by the ref team as guildlines which allows the use of a hero bonus top help the remain free flowing. If you roleplay your rear end off you will find you can achieve the impossible by luck and good fortune, after all you are a hero.Our motto is simple, we create the World, you create the game Jim & Phil
