Larpguide accepts all kinds of articles, and although I'm currently running a backlog, with some excellent stuff about to be released on the site, I'm always looking for more!
The articles must be well written, I will edit to a certain degree (with my limited skills) but if the quality of the writing is very bad the article will not be accepted.
If you visit the site you will see that some articles are also advertisements for the companies involved - such as the "Intro to" articles. These are onyl accepted if the content of the article offers something that may interest players.
And yes i will help out by running articles like this if a system is in need of help finding new players!
What i won't run as a full article is a blatant advert for a commercial entity. Most larp games are "labour of love", and helping promote those kind of games is what larpguide is all about.
I also run banner advertisements, these don't cost (actually i don't charge for anything at the moment - more fool me) but I will usually only run them if the people involved have offered something towards the content of larpguide.
Larpguide will be going through a bit of a reface (when i can fit it in) and i will be toning down some areas and concentrating on others, the main aim being to increase the amount of articles, and improve the events diary, everything else im hoping will transfer to this forum.
and yes you will be seeing rule7 adverts soon
