So only america seems to be selling them - pending the other contact (ta for that ).

So, would customs impound/understand/tax heavily?

I've only bought small bits from overseas  - has anyone bought bigger from across the pond?

Check out a guy called Steve Ralphs, he's a bowyer and he makes a stunning crossbow- you get what you pay for mind , and this guy isn't cheap. He will however customise the poundage for you.

He also made the recurve bows for Eragon (I've got one and it's great) and the longbows for Timeline, which are apparently idiot proof and virtually indestructable.

If you buy from here for god's sake don't buy their ammo, it is really poor quality. The bows are really nice though.

Don't hug me I'm British, we only show affection to dogs and horses.

ArrowKaster have retired, so at this point we are no longer able to get crossbows, however we do have a couple of possibles in the pipeline as long as they pass safety.
