The May HeroFest event is the first one so I imagine it is difficult to say much about what it's like as with most things it will be shaped by those present.  The HeroQuest system (the linear/overland version of HeroFest) has been running since the dinosaurs invented Gaffa tape and Mark Roberts (SFB to most) would be the man to talk to -
