The new TV drama on BBC 3. Its just a one off pilot at the moment, so theres possible going to be more on the way

Basic Premise:

Mitchell is a Vampire. His best mate is George who is a Werewolf. They've just moved into a house which is haunted by Annie.  Erm.....and stuff

Its actually not bad. I thought it was going to be comedy (there are plenty of opportunity for "hilarious consequences") but its actually reasonably dark. Has a similar feel to Ultraviolet

So, sort of "Rentaghost" for the "Buffy" generation.

I was quite impressed by it actually, the characters were quite well built, the ghost had some excellent lines, and the plot was quite dark. All told, I'm looking forwards to the next one! Certainly better than Phoo Action or anything else that's come out of BBC3 recently.

I really enjoyed it. There were obvious nods to American Werewolf In London but I thought that was a good thing. I'm looking forward to seeing what they do with the rest of the series.

I do hope it makes it past a pilot episode. I was very pleasantly surprised by it. A good mix of humour and dark moments.

I hadn't heard about the series angle - I thought it was just a one off, despite it's rather portentuous ending. If they do make a series out of it, they seriously need to work on the other vampires, though. they were a bit pantomime and let the otherwise excellent performances down.

Watched it on Catch Up TV last night.

I was pleasantly surprised, although I did feel that the writers had difficulty deciding which route they wanted to go down - comedy or drama. The resulting collision was engaging, but felt a bit uneasy. I'd love to see a few more episodes, though I seriously doubt they could sign up Adrian Lester as a recurring character - I felt he lent the episode a bit of weight (although I recognise the 'pantomime' description posted earlier).
