- Set it on Proxima 3, an outlying human colony.

- Set the first event at the end of season one (with the death of Sanitago and rise of Clark), moving through the timeline each event (in canon the colony declares independence from earth in season 3 shortly before B5 itself does and later gets blockaded).

- Focus on the themes of nationalism and security vs. freedom / indiviual vs. state (which should resonate well with our current world political climate).

- Characters are residents of the planet, including employees of megacorps and the local psi corps office, as well as visiting traders (some from other phy reppable races). Secret societies including the rangers, shadow agents and techomages working behind the scenes, and side plots involving archotech buried on the planet.
