To quote Cineworld's free little magazine
Heading for Scotland is this low-budget gem from Robbie Fraser. Gamerz takes our hero Ralph into a fantasy world of old skool Dungeons and Dragons, where Ralph is firmly in control of his freakish playing buddies as "Game Keeper" of his domain. But sparks fly when local chav Lennie gets the hots for Marilyn, a goth chick who believes she is an elf, and is also the object of Ralph's affections.
Gamerz is screened at Cineworld Edinburgh and Glasgow Renfrew Street from 22 February.
Oh gods, looks like D&D player decided to film what he knows best. To be fair, there's a lot of mileage to be gained from the "gaming group love triangle" - but then again, some roleplay groups I know are so incestuous they deserve a place on Jerry Springer.
No, you probably don't remember my character from the events I've been to.

A few of the glasgow larp folk got to go see the premiere of it at a sci-fi convention. It was good fun as long as you don't expect it to be as polished as bigger budget films might be. Also cool because four of us got to do some of the bluescreen extras and fighting work.
