| When I try to update my profile photo from a file using the 'Browse', it comes up with an error. It lets me browse for a file and select it, but then it goes on to a page of program script with an error message. It says if the problem persists I should contact the webmaster.

ummm... unless anyone else is ALSO having issues, I see no reason why you should have a problem, you're account seems fine.
