| Sarah here... Up in Grimsby area there was a childrens LRP group, someone in the local F&H group might have some contacts (if its still going). They should be well placed to advise on the logistics and legalities, and probably provide some experienced children LRPers to seed in amongst the less experienced ones. I think more children's LRP is a good idea. Children are LRPing naturals - whats cowboys and indians if not LRP?

| I think larp in general for kids throws up the same issues, as an FA Football coach, i have to do all sorts of stuff to be allowed to coach kids. However i think kid Larp, scifi, or fantasy should be encouraged, it gets the kids out and about and away from their PS3's and builds up an experienced base for replacing us oldies! one of my biggest issues, is 16 year olds coming into larp with no idea whats goign on, then getting hideously drunk, and/or being totally obnoxious to everyone, as well as a danger to themself and others. (yeah i know, "adults" do this as well!) but if they had been larping from 12, they would "probably" be fine. I know a few kids from my stepdaughters school want to do it, after she took my armour and weapons into school for a presentation, so their would be a market out there, it's just pitching it right.
