Right then, does anyone know where one might find a ballista phys rep that would pass Maelstrom weapons checks? I'm sure i've seen a ballista at an earlier event and really want one for when I have built one IC (about event 3). Please no links to E-bay as we are not speaking, but anywhere else and i would be very appreciative.

I saw a website that does ballistae and other seige weapons in kit form... I'll try to find the link but it's highly unlikely they'll be LRP safe.

| ArrowKaster do a large crossbow (with a full sized bow as the prod), they call it an 'Ogre Bow' (I think) I however, hate the look of them, and so I am building a 'take-down' ballista using the proper torsion skeins and a hard wood headstock. I can just as easily make 2, do you want a quote? H.
