Latex gloves are sticky if they are not properly talced or otherwise treated with things to make them non sticky. However, they are not a major problem even with hairy hands.

When I said 'prosthetic' I was thinking prosthetic as in a piece of latex attached to your hand with liquid latex or spirit gum or something- hence hair could be an issue. As I said, I have no idea if this would be a practical solution.

Push your (spread fingered) hand into a piece of clay, then paint latex inbetween the finger moulds, until you get the thickness you want. Peel and trim- instant prosthetic and some flesh coloured talk will stop sticking when your wearing them.
