| Is it still possible to get old fashioned solvent based evo stik? And is the stuff in a spray can suitable for making latex props with?

| Yes you can get ordinary evo stik, and the spray on stuff is crap for making weapons- but great for building fat suits and putting cloth covers onto shields.

I've had generally good results using the spray evostick for weapons making, and would add that its really convenient for coating larger areas but a pain to get off fingers. If you're going to use it its pretty essential to have some regular evostick for fiddly areas.
