Hi all, just to let you know (if you're interested) that around Halloween (maybe a bit later dependant on site availability) with the help of my Airsoft team STARS Mountain Rescue and Team Okami I'm going to be running a survival horror LARP game. For those interested please feel free to register at our forum and comment with things you'd like to see in it/ideas/definate no-nos etc.
Quick background, it's going to be 24 (or 36) hour constant time in. Weapons will be either larp-safe melee weapons and/or airsoft weapons (everyone MUST wear eye protection as a minimum safety requirement). This event will be open to LARPers and airsofters alike as the rules system is fast enough that the gun bunnies won't be slowed down but interesting enough that players will find lots to do apart from stay alive.

Is this still likely to be on? I was hoping to get along, but it rather looks like I'll need to be in Birmingham for midday on Sunday for something non-LRP-related. So, 24-hour Time In starting Friday night = good... much longer than that = problematic, I guess!

| Yeah, I need to sort out cover for work, so an idea if the event is still happening would be good. Had a look on the STARRS forum and there isn't anything recent regarding this.

Time to ressurect this puppy.
