Though note that if you are following Ubermancer's second link, it has not been updated. One of the two Chairs mentioned, Eric Forth MP, died of cancer in May 2006. He was the MP for where I used to live and was generally awful in my personal opinion, and I'm delighted he can't gum this issue up with his usual love of red tape...

So maybe try writing to the other one?
