| As many of you may already know, the first two parts of 'The beginners guide to sci fi LRP' are now up on LRP guide. The final part is a description of the systems currently running, how to contact them and what they are all about. I have a few in there already but that research was from when I first wrote the article - more than a year ago. Since then, things have probably changed. So, I am looking for info on Sci Fi systems. I need: Name of system/campaign Precise genre (Cybperpunk, post apocalypse, hard sci fi etc) Style of play Main contact name and details (e-mail address, web address etc. Don't give us phone numbers unless it is an 'offical phone number' for the system and only for that system - we don't want to spam someone's personal phone) 1 - 200 words describing your system e-mail them to me on balor_99@yahoo.co.uk I reserve the right to edit the entries for length and suitability as do the people behind LRPguide. Take this as an opportunity to advertise your event...

I'd just like to claim that the only truly Science Fiction larp out there (to my knowledge) is Maelstrom.
And then run away quickly before derailing the thread.

That's an intriguing statement... feel like setting up a thread in the Maelstrom forum to elaborate, or are you enjoying being enigmatic?
WARNING: the information above may have been subjected to dangerously high levels of ignorance.

| I guess in a weird way our Victorian event is Sci-fi... We've had Frankenstein style experiments, hinted at time travel, ghosts, zombies, demons, all relatively fictional in the realms of science... No clockwork monsters though...

Bit late, unfortunately. Needed it for the LRPguide article which apparently went live yesterday. Never mind, though. Maybe you could go on the discussion thread and complain that you weren't included and get free publicity that way
