Since they are planning to take Lenin from display (he's starting to go a bit, well, off) what does that mean for the Vampire? If people see him now it may mean rumours abound that the corpse walks, and he's not just someone who looks very much like a dead Russian. This could break his cover for good.

Good point.  He may well need to go into hiding.  Perhaps the secret communist moon-base?

Either have the Mystery Men or

Richard Finnigan - Psychic vampire
Keith Richards - Immortal zombie
Eddie (the eagle) Edwards - Some sort of super spy. The crap ski jumper is just an act
Mohammed Saeed al-Sahaf - The worlds best liar
liarWheaton - Someone to blame if it all goes wrong

Headed over by either Chris Carter, Judge Judy or Spottswoode

I also really want a Napoleonic-era league with Richard Sharpe, but my ignorance prevents me from thinking of any other characters who would work in that era.

Harry Flashman of course or if it's too early for the boy then his dad will do in a pinch.

An aged yet still immortal Captain Jack Sparrow (resembling the Richards zombie mentioned above mayhaps)

Lorna Doone escaped from her stupid valley

Perhaps the original Jack the Lad, Regency period safe cracker, locksmith and all round bad boy, can't remember or google up his surname though.

And for comedy Value Hans Brinker the finger in the dyke boy.

1980's team would have to include Grace Jones and her thrice blessed snatch in full glory....
